Your firm produces a computer run of customers to be contacted - listing the name, aging, account identification, and debtor address. American Agencies, Inc. produces from this listing, written past due notices for all customers. All customers are instructed to send their delinquent payments directly to your firm for processing. Your firm then notifies American Agencies, Inc. of the payment receipt, and the delinquent customer is removed from the list - prior to the next letter series.

Your firm purchases collection services from American Agencies, Inc. for contact with delinquent customers. American Agencies, Inc. provides professional contact by telephone using the identity of your credit department. American Agencies, Inc. does not identify itself as a collection agency.

Your firm provides a monthly computer run of customers to be contacted - listing the name, aging, and telephone number. American Agencies, Inc. will work from this listing and contact all customers. All customers are instructed to send their delinquent payments directly to your firm for processing.
